Marcel Klaus, Chief Financial Officer, Swiss International Air Lines Ltd.

Marcel Klaus first entered the airline industry in 1993, when he joined Crossair as Vice President Accounting/Administration. He joined Swiss International Air Lines in 2001, and served as Executive Vice President Corporate Services and Executive Vice President Corporate Controlling and Accounting before being appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2006. The holder of a Swiss Federal Diploma in Accountancy, he has also attended the Stanford University Financial Management Program. As company CFO and a member of the Swiss International Air Lines Management Board, he holds a number of further board mandates within the SWISS Group. He is married and has two children.
